Werewolf Version 2 is here!

"Look," President Kamala says, presenting a Venn diagram for the assembled press.

This half here? This is our environmental policies. This other half? The military. The overlap? One of our most valuable and essential assets, the werewolves."

"But we're using them as diplomats?" The moderator asks.

She shakes her head, a wide smile plastered on her face. "Oh you simple man. They're so much more than that. They're innovators. Leaders. Ambassadors. Essential workers. They're out there helping other countries get their feet on the ground, catching up to where we've been for the last fifty years. We did Ping Pong Diplomacy in the past... why are you turning your nose up at Werewolf Diplomacy?"

An aide runs off onto the screen and whispers into her ear. "Why, I'm hearing word that one of our outreach efforts has already been successful. We're bringing back our Weres, one body at a time. Let's try to be a more cohesive country as we prepare to accept them back into our new America. We're not going back to the way things were. No longer. No more."

The crowd begins to roar, chanting in tandem, "We're not going back." She's still got it.

Note: I penned this up prior to the election and don't have the bandwidth to adjust it lol. So I guess it just confirms I'm writing fiction, not unknown non-fiction. Sorry!
